VP Human Resources
The Vice President of Human Resources is responsible for overseeing all areas of employment matters and organizational and talent development. Reports to the President & CEO and serves in a leadership role to direct, guide and coordinate HR and learning and development functions. Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field and ten years of increasingly responsible HR and organizational management work experience. PHR or SPHR desired.
Consumer Loan Business Development Officer
The Consumer Loan Business Development Officer is a sales position responsible for creating, develping and marketing lending products and services to increase direct and indirect loan volume and market penetration to meet aggresive production goals. Lucrative base plus commission position. Three years lending experience within a financial institution, outside sales experience or related experience with auto dealerships/retail business environment strongly preferred.
Real Estate Loan Officer
The Real Estate Loan Officer is a sales position responsible for soliciting and orginating residential real estate loans from various referral sources to meet aggressive production goals. Base pay plus commission position. Bachelor's degree in Business or similar area preffered and eight years relevant experience in outside sales with emphasis on prime credit purchase money real estate lending origination, including VA and FHA loans.
AVP of Business Services
The Assistant Vice President of Business Services is responsible for managing all aspects of a commercial lending department, including origination, underwriting, processing and servicing of business loans; develops business deposit and loan products, and supervises a team of loan officers. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field and at least ten years experience in a managerial position within a financial institution to include a minimum of five years commercial lending experience.
Member Services Officer
Employment applications are now being accepted for part-time and full-time, non-exempt positions to work at various of our eleven branches and call center. Member Services Officers preform a wide variety of financial transactions and duties while providing friendly, accurate, responsive service to our members. We desire prior customer service and cash handling experience. Saturday work hours are required at the Five Cities, Lompoc, Paso Robles and Santa Maria branches.

- All applicants must complete a CoastHills Employment Application. A resume may be attached but is used as supplemental information.
- CoastHills has determined that pre-employment testing using standardized tests improve matching an applicant to a job. These tests assist in the valid, fair, consistent and objective recruitment, selection and placement of applicants. The tests may include but are not limited to honesty, aptitude and specific skills tests related to the job. Such tests are administered after an individual has been interviewed and is considered a candidate for a position.
