Business Services Specialist
Our full-time positions at our San Luis Obispo Branch perform a wide variety of duties while providing friendly, accurate, responsive service. We desire applicants with knowledge and a thorough understanding of business loan and deposit operations and processes and who are able to assist business owners with their business financial needs, including merchant services, business loan deposit products and services.
Computer Programmer
This full-time position performs a wide variety of duties related to data processing, systems programming, associated peripheral & auxiliary equipment. We desire applicants with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field, 5 years of advance programming and 1 year increasingly responsible Symitar (Episys) data processing operations and programming work experience. On-call, weekends, & holiday duty rotation required and works out of the Vandenberg Village office.
Member Services Officer
Employment applications are now being accepted for part-time and full-time, non-exempt positions to work at various of our eleven branches and call center. Member Services Officers preform a wide variety of financial transactions and duties while providing friendly, accurate, responsive service to our members. We desire prior customer service and cash handling experience. Saturday work hours are required at the Five Cities, Lompoc, Paso Robles and Santa Maria branches.
Collection Officer
We seek applicants with two (2) years collections experience to assist members and resolve credit issues. Additionally, the incumbent will research and analyze past due loan accounts; handle fraudulent account activity claims; research, evaluate, negotiate and establish account payments; track insurance and related claims; prepare accounts for collateral seizure/foreclosure and legal action. Saturday hours required. The full-time position works in our Vandenberg Village branch.
