  Branch Manager - Atascadero, CA

The primary purpose of this job is to assist the Credit Union to achieve its mission to make a difference in our neighbors’ lives. This is accomplished by providing outstanding service to both internal and external members.

Review of Duties:

Works in tandem with VP of Retail and Sales and VP of Operations and Support to regularly schedule and conduct branch meetings to inform and update employees of Credit Union goals and progress towards goals, promotions, products, services, activities and to encourage participation and open communication.

Solicits relationships from profitable new commercial loans and deposits.

Solicits profitable new consumer loans and deposits.

  Credit Analyst (Commercial Lending) - Orcutt, CA

Under direction of the Sr. Credit Analyst/Underwriter, the Credit Analyst is responsible for conducting credit investigations and analysis for small business loans of basic to moderate complexity.

Review of Duties:

Works closely with the Credit Analyst and Business Services staff to complete the documentation, underwriting, approval and closing process.

Reviews credit memoranda and underwriting analyses prepared by or received from the Credit Analyst or Underwriter for accuracy and adequacy.

Reviews commercial real estate appraisals for adequacy, compliance and detail and documents the applicable review’s assessments and findings.

Continuously monitors product offerings, terms and best practices of competitors and reports findings to management when appropriate.

Fully complies with all applicable laws and regulations as well as internal policies and procedures.

The primary purpose of this job is to assist the Credit Union to achieve its mission to make a difference in our neighbors’ lives. This is accomplished by providing outstanding service to both internal and external members.

Additionally, under general supervision of the Vice President, Wealth Management, the Registered Representative is responsible for performing a wide variety of duties relating to soliciting, selling and servicing securities and insurance products to Credit Union clients and preparing tax returns.

  Education Services Officer - Lompoc, CA

Under direction of the AVP of Human Resources, the Education Services Officer is responsible for assisting in coordinating and directing employee education and development programs and providing financial literacy education to community.

Review of Duties:

Participates in the development of education programs based on identified education needs and changes in Credit Union policy, procedures, programs, services or products.

Conduct new employee orientation, observe employees’ learning progress, and evaluate employees’ ability to perform duties.

Participate in the coordinating, scheduling, and conducting of education.

Responsible for maintaining appropriate education materials and utilize software, manuals, and other educational products.

Utilizes a variety of methods, including written tests, simulated activities and computer software, to test and certify/re-certify employees’ competency levels.

   Lending Center Processor - Lompoc, CA

Under the direction of the Lending Center Manager/VP Consumer Loans, a Lending Center Processor is responsible for performing a wide variety of member and dealership loan related duties in the Consumer Loans Department.

Review of Duties:

Works closely with the Lending Specialists on loan fulfillment, including sending and receiving loan documents, maintaining production tracking reports.

Receives member application packages for funding; verify accuracy of paperwork, verifying information with members when required.

Responds to member problems and requests, when necessary; assist with completion of forms and documents.

Follows policies and procedures related to Bank Secrecy Act, Fair Lending, Regulation B, Regulation Z and all other compliance regulations to ensure daily compliance.

Under general supervision of the Relationship Manager and Branch Manager, an MSO 3 Relationship Specialist is responsible for performing a wide variety of loan and deposit based functions.

Review of Duties:

Practices cross-selling techniques to promote Credit Union services.

Mines credit reports to identify opportunities and cross sell additional loan and ancillary products for consumer, real estate and business type loans.

Performs advanced problem resolution and account adjustments.

Identifies and refers new business members and accounts to their respective Branch Manager.

   Member Services Officer (Floater) - San Luis Obispo, Atascadero & Paso Robles

The Member Services Officer performs a wide variety of financial transactions and duties while providing friendly, accurate, responsive service to our members. This is accomplished by providing outstanding service to both internal and external members.

This particular role is part-time and requires the flexibility to work in various office locations as a “Floater” within San Luis Obispo County (includes the San Luis Obispo, Atascadero and Paso Robles branches). As a perk, your compensation while “Floating” will include a premium as well as mileage reimbursement.

   Member Services Officer (Teller) - Lompoc & Arroyo Grande, CA

The Member Services Officer performs a wide variety of financial transactions and duties while providing friendly, accurate, responsive service to our members. This is accomplished by providing outstanding service to both internal and external members.

We desire prior customer service and cash handling experience, as well as flexibility in the offices that we have open on Saturdays (includes the Five Cities, Lompoc, Paso Robles and Santa Maria branches).
