  Information Tech Manager / Security Officer

The primary purpose of this job is to assist the Credit Union to achieve its mission to make a difference in our neighbors’ lives.  This is accomplished by providing outstanding service to both internal and external members.  An important element of this outstanding service is identifying the financial needs of the member and effectively suggesting solutions that will improve the member’s financial life.  

Additionally, under limited supervision of the Vice President, Technology, the Information Technology Manager/Security Officer is responsible for responsible for the secure and continuous operation of the Credit Union’s network, and communication systems,the activities of information technology and assigned employees.

Review of Duties: 

Plans, coordinates, controls and monitors the availability, applicability and utilization of telecommunication equipment and facilities within and between credit union locations to ensure quality and reliable communications at all times.

  AVP Real Estate Loans

The primary purpose of this job is to assist the Credit Union to achieve its mission to make a difference in our neighbors’ lives.  This is accomplished by providing outstanding service to both internal and external members.  An important element of this outstanding service is identifying the financial needs of the member and effectively suggesting solutions that will improve the member’s financial life.  

Additionally, under limited supervision of the VP of Loans and Collections, the AVP Real Estate Loans is responsible for the activities of the Real Estate Department and assigned employees towards attainment of Credit Union goals by providing maximum member benefit.

Review of Duties: 

Plans, directs, organizes and controls all real estate activities and assigned employees.  In addition, insures loan activities are applied and comply with established Credit Union operating policies and procedures and government standards.

  Branch Manager at Crossroads

The primary purpose of this job is to assist the Credit Union to achieve its mission to make a difference in our neighbors’ lives.  This is accomplished by providing outstanding service to both internal and external members.  An important element of this outstanding service is identifying the financial needs of the member and effectively suggesting solutions that will improve the member’s financial life.  

Additionally, under general direction of the VP and AVP Commercial Lending, the Branch Manager is accountable for the management, direction and operation of the branch and branch employees’ activities towards attainment of Credit Union goals by providing maximum member benefit. Additionally, the Branch Manager is responsible for developing profitable new business and cross-selling all applicable Credit Union products and services to existing portfolio and prospective member/clients. Level is determined by branch asset size.

Review of Duties: 

In this position you will be responsible for soliciting relationships from profitable new commercial loans and deposits as well as profitable new consumer loans and deposits.

  Commercial Loan Officer

The primary purpose of this job is to assist the Credit Union to achieve its mission to make a difference in our neighbors’ lives.  This is accomplished by providing outstanding service to both internal and external members.  An important element of this outstanding service is identifying the financial needs of the member and effectively suggesting solutions that will improve the member’s financial life. 

Additionally, under general direction of the VP Commercial Lending, the Commercial Loan Officer is responsible for maintaining existing relationships within their portfolio and soliciting profitable new business for the Credit Union within a defined geographic market area.

  Relationship Manager-Lompoc, SLO & Paso Robles 

The primary purpose of this job is to assist the Credit Union to achieve its mission to make a difference in our neighbors’ lives.  This is accomplished by providing outstanding service to both internal and external members.  An important element of this outstanding service is identifying the financial needs of the members and effectively suggesting solutions that will improve the member’s financial life.  

Additionally, under general direction of the AVP of Retail Sales, the Relationship Manager is responsible for the management, direction and operation of branch sales and services by coaching the branch employees’ activities towards attainment of Credit Union goals and providing maximum member benefit. The Relationship Manager promotes and maintains a positive image of the Credit Union at all times. 

Review of Duties: 
Works in tandem with and under the direct supervision of AVP Retail Sales to ensure branch sales goals are being attained and that training and development of Lending Specialists is actively pursued.

Works in tandem with AVP of Branch Operations and Support to ensure front line operations are being accurately performed and that training and development of front line staff is actively pursued.

  VP Branch Operations and Support

Additionally, under general direction of the Executive Vice President/ COO, the Vice President, Branch Operations and Support is responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the Credit Union’s branches’, Call Center and Support Operations activities and assigned management employees towards attainment of Credit Union goals by providing maximum member benefit.  

Review of Duties: 

Provides leadership, coaching, mentoring and training to all credit union employees in the areas of operations, sales and service.  As well as plans, directs, organizes and controls branch operations, call center, and support operations

  Lending Specialist

Additionally, under general supervision of the Lending Center Manager or Relationship Manager, a Lending Specialist is responsible for performing a wide variety of loan based functions.   A Lending Specialist promotes and maintains a positive image of the Credit Union at all times.

Review of Duties: 

Actively explains, promotes and cross sells Credit Union services, products, programs and investment opportunities.  In addition, mines credit reports to identify opportunities and cross sell additional loan and ancillary products for consumer, real estate and business.

  Member Services Officer

The Member Services Officer (teller) performs a wide variety of financial transactions and duties while providing friendly, accurate, responsive service to our members. We desire prior customer service and cash handling experience. Saturday work hours are required at the Five Cities, Lompoc, Paso Robles and Santa Maria branches. Employment applications are always accepted for part-time and full-time, non-exempt positions to work at our eleven branch locations and call center.
