  Relationship Specialist - Atascadero Branch

The primary purpose of this job is to assist the Credit Union to achieve its mission to make a difference in our neighbors’ lives.  This is accomplished by providing outstanding service to both internal and external members.  An important element of this outstanding service is identifying the financial needs of the member and effectively suggesting solutions that will improve the member’s financial life.  

Additionally, under general supervision of the Relationship Manager, Branch Manager and Operations Supervisor, a Relationship Specialist is responsible for performing a wide variety of loan and deposit based functions The Relationship Manager promotes and maintains a positive image of the Credit Union at all times.

  AVP Consumer Loans - Village

The primary purpose of this job is to assist the Credit Union to achieve its mission to make a difference in our neighbors’ lives.  This is accomplished by providing outstanding service to both internal and external members.  An important element of this outstanding service is identifying the financial needs of the member and effectively suggesting solutions that will improve the member’s financial life.  

Additionally, under limited supervision of the Vice President – Lending & Collections, the AVP Consumer Loans is responsible for managing the daily activities of the Consumer Loan Department and its assigned employees in order to attain Credit Union goals.

  Relationship Manager-San Luis Obispo Branch

The primary purpose of this job is to assist the Credit Union to achieve its mission to make a difference in our neighbors’ lives.  This is accomplished by providing outstanding service to both internal and external members.  An important element of this outstanding service is identifying the financial needs of the member and effectively suggesting solutions that will improve the member’s financial life.  

Additionally, under general direction of the AVP of Retail Sales, the Relationship Manager is responsible for the management, direction and operation of branch sales and services by coaching the branch employees’ activities towards attainment of Credit Union goals and providing maximum member benefit. The Relationship Manager promotes and maintains a positive image of the Credit Union at all times. 

Review of Duties: 
Works in tandem with and under the direct supervision of AVP Retail Sales to ensure branch sales goals are being attained and that training and development of Lending Specialists is actively pursued.

  Staff Accountant

  Information Tech Manager / Security Officer

The primary purpose of this job is to assist the Credit Union to achieve its mission to make a difference in our neighbors’ lives.  This is accomplished by providing outstanding service to both internal and external members.  An important element of this outstanding service is identifying the financial needs of the member and effectively suggesting solutions that will improve the member’s financial life.  

Additionally, under limited supervision of the Vice President, Technology, the Information Technology Manager/Security Officer is responsible for responsible for the secure and continuous operation of the Credit Union’s network, and communication systems,the activities of information technology and assigned employees.

Review of Duties: 

Plans, coordinates, controls and monitors the availability, applicability and utilization of telecommunication equipment and facilities within and between credit union locations to ensure quality and reliable communications at all times.

Achieves assigned business loan and deposit objectives by leveraging external and internal referral sources.

  Lending Specialist

The primary purpose of this job is to assist the Credit Union to achieve its mission to make a difference in our neighbors’ lives.  This is accomplished by providing outstanding service to both internal and external members. Additionally, under general supervision of the Lending Center Manager or Relationship Manager, a Lending Specialist is responsible for performing a wide variety of loan based functions.   A Lending Specialist promotes and maintains a positive image of the Credit Union at all times.

Review of Duties: 

Actively explains, promotes and cross sells Credit Union services, products, programs and investment opportunities.  In addition, mines credit reports to identify opportunities and cross sell additional loan and ancillary products for consumer, real estate and business.

  Member Services Officer

The Member Services Officer (teller) performs a wide variety of financial transactions and duties while providing friendly, accurate, responsive service to our members. We desire prior customer service and cash handling experience. Saturday work hours are required at the Five Cities, Lompoc, Paso Robles and Santa Maria branches. Employment applications are always accepted for part-time and full-time, non-exempt positions to work at our eleven branch locations and call center.
