Under general direction of the SVP/CLO, the Business Services Manager is responsible for managing the daily activities of the Business Services Department and its assigned employees in order to achieve Credit Union goals.

Review of Duties:

Provides coaching and counseling to department employees to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Fosters an entrepreneurial environment that allows each employee to achieve sales and service goals.

Plans, directs, organizes and controls all Business Services Department activities.

Manages vendor relationships to effectively address business requirements.

Under general direction of the AVP, Project Management, the Project Manager is responsible for creating structured schedules and project plans based on the project goals, resources needed, potential risks, time to market and budget constraints.

Review of Duties:

Manage all resources tied to a project as needed.

Assist the AVP, Project Management in the management and allocation of resources.

Coach other project owners, push their thinking and help establish communication where it is lacking in order to remove roadblocks, including early escalation to the appropriate member of the Leadership Team.

Under general supervision of the MIS Manager, a Member Information Systems Support Operator 1 is responsible for a variety of Member Information Systems Department duties, which may include but is not limited to Automated Clearing House (ACH), check/ATM (Automated Teller Machine) balancing and check processing.

Review of Duties:

Transmits authorized data using secure transmissions to vendors.

Operates and monitors the control console, associated peripheral and auxiliary equipment of a mainframe computer for the processing of data and the preparation of business reports, studies, and analyses.

Loads peripheral equipment with required input and output materials such as tapes, cards, discs, and forms.

Operates and maintains computer programs and software, including software enhancements.

Review of Duties:

Contacts member through various methods to determine reason for delinquency.

Researches account loan transactions to resolve payment errors.

Responds to members’ inquiries, request and assist in completing documents.
