Consumer Loan Underwriter


The primary purpose of this job is to assist the Credit Union to achieve its mission to make a difference in our neighbors’ lives.  This is accomplished by providing outstanding service to both internal and external members and vehicle dealerships.  An important element of this outstanding service is identifying the financial needs of the member and effectively suggesting solutions that will improve the member’s financial life.  Additionally, under general supervision of the Consumer Loan Manager, a Consumer Loan Underwriter is responsible for underwriting and evaluating secured, unsecured and Visa loans in the Consumer Loan Department.  A Consumer Loan Underwriter promotes and maintains a positive image of the Credit Union.

Assistant Branch Manager (Lompoc Branch) 


The primary purpose of this job is to assist the Credit Union to achieve its mission to make a difference in our neighbors’ lives.  This is accomplished by providing outstanding service to both internal and external members.  An important element of this outstanding service is identifying the financial needs of the member and effectively suggesting solutions that will improve the member’s financial life.  Additionally, under direction of a Branch Manager 1, 2 3 or Regional Manager, the Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for efficiently supervising the daily operations and assigned employees of the branch in addition to assuming the responsibilities of the Manager during his/her absence. The Assistant Branch Manager also assists in coaching the staff to achieve the branch/credit union goals. An Assistant Branch Manager promotes and maintains a positive image of the Credit Union at all times.

Branch Manager (Vandenberg Village & Base Branches)


The primary purpose of this job is to assist the Credit Union to achieve its mission to make a difference in our neighbors’ lives. This is accomplished by providing outstanding service to both internal and external members. An important element of this outstanding service is identifying the financial needs of the member and effectively suggesting solutions that will improve the member’s financial life. Additionally, under general direction of the AVP/Regional Manager, the Branch Manager is responsible for the management, direction and operation of the branch and branch employees’ activities towards attainment of Credit Union goals by providing maximum member benefit. Additionally, the Branch Manager is responsible for developing profitable new business and cross-selling all applicable Credit Union products and services to existing portfolio and prospective member/clients. Level is determined by branch asset size.

Consumer Loans Business Development Officer (BDO)


The primary purpose of this job is to help the Credit Union achieve its mission to make a difference in our neighbors’ lives.  This is accomplished by providing outstanding service to internal associates, vendors, members and local businesses.  Additionally, under supervision of the AVP Consumer Loan, the Consumer Loan Business Development Officer is responsible for creating, developing and marketing promotions of Credit Union lending products and services for the purpose of increasing direct and indirect loan volume and market penetration. Two (2) years of college or equivalent education and three years of increasingly responsible experience in a lending position within a financial institution or related work experience with auto dealerships/retail business environment

Branch Manager

Lending Specialist


The primary purpose of this job is to assist the Credit Union to achieve its mission to make a difference in our neighbors’ lives.  This is accomplished by providing outstanding service to both internal and external members. An important element of this outstanding service is identifying the financial needs of the member and effectively cross-selling the products, services and solutions that will improve the member’s financial life.  Additionally, under general supervision of the Assistant Lending Manager, Consumer Loan Manager, Consumer Lending AVP, or AVP/Regional Manager, a Lending Specialist is responsible for performing a wide variety of loan based functions.   A Lending Specialist promotes and maintains a positive image of the Credit Union at all times.

Member Services Officer

 The Member Services Officer (teller) performs a wide variety of financial transactions and duties while providing friendly, accurate, responsive service to our members. We desire prior customer service and cash handling experience. Saturday work hours are required at the Five Cities, Lompoc, Paso Robles and Santa Maria branches. Employment applications are always accepted for part-time and full-time, non-exempt positions to work at our eleven branch locations and call center.
