Under limited supervision of the VP of Consumer Lending, the Assistant Vice President of Real Estate Loans is responsible for the activities of the Real Estate Department and assigned employees towards attainment of Credit Union goals by providing maximum member benefit.

Review of Duties:

Plans, directs, organizes and controls all real estate activities and assigned employees.

Insures loan activities are applied and comply with established Credit Union operating policies and procedures and government standards.

Receives and responds to member and lending providers’ inquiries.

Responsible for providing on-going real estate training.

Develops and implements policies, procedures, and practices to insure each loan is properly prepared, credit references, verifications and forms documented, approved, and disbursed accurately and timely.

Ensures real estate loan quality and turn-around time meet department standards.

Monitors rates and pricing for residential loan portfolio.

Actively manages a Business Loan Portfolio including monitoring for delinquencies, collecting annual financials, and maintaining regular communication with business members in portfolio.

Actively cross-sells Credit Union products and services of all types.

Actively participates in various community organizations and events to promote the image of the Credit Union.

Under general supervision of the SVP Business & Member Relations, the Member Relations Admin. is responsible for the administrative monitoring and strategic implementation of the organizations Relationship Pricing platform, deposits both consumer and business, Business Ancillary Products (RDC, ACH, Merchant) and the development, enhancement and implementation of Power-BI (Data & Daily Reports).

Review of Duties:

Regularly provides reports and updates to the Senior VP Business & Member Relations and other Credit Union departments or branches.

Provides leadership, coaching, mentoring and training to all credit union employees in the areas of Relationship Pricing, Deposits, Business Ancillary products and the use of Power-BI.

Responsible for the strategic planning, annual budgeting and monthly monitoring of the organizations fee income (and cost of funds when applicable) for all deposit and business ancillary products. This also includes the ODP (Overdraft Privilege) program.

Assists the SVP Business & Member Relations in establishing and attaining monthly and annual goals in the branches. Examples to include Deposits, Non-Interest Fee Income and Business Ancillary Products.

Under general supervision of the Sr. Credit Analyst/Underwriter, the Credit Analyst is responsible for conducting credit investigations and analysis for small business loans of basic to moderate complexity.

Review of Duties:

Identifies opportunities to refer members or potential members to other departments that can offer solutions to their financial planning, loan or depository needs.

Communicates as necessary with credit applicants to develop information concerning their business to determine whether loan may be an acceptable risk.

Analyzes financial data using specialized commercial credit analysis software.

Conducts site visits with member/borrowers as necessary to discuss financial conditions, loan structure or other applicable loan underwriting issues.

Under general supervision of the MIS Assistant Manager, a Member Information Systems Support Operator 1 is responsible for a variety of Member Information Systems Department duties, which may include but is not limited to Automated Clearing House (ACH), check/ATM (Automated Teller Machine) balancing and check processing.

Review of Duties:

Responsible for the day-to-day operation of Episys (core member data processing system), Image Center (core Check 21 system), Synergy (core archival system), Voice Choice (audio response), and NetTeller (homebanking), Synergy and Episys interfaces with vendor software via Symconnect.

Performs daily balancing of ACH payroll entries; balances ACH payroll accounts at end of each month to the general ledger.

Balances and reconciles daily the member share draft report from check processor.

Serves in on-call and weekend duty rotation.

The Member Services Officer performs a wide variety of financial transactions and duties while providing friendly, accurate, responsive service to our members. This is accomplished by providing outstanding service to both internal and external members.

Current openings include: Atascadero, San Luis Obispo and Santa Maria.

We desire prior customer service and cash handling experience, as well as flexibility in the offices that we have open on Saturdays (includes the Paso Robles, Five Cities, Santa Maria and Lompoc branches).
