  AVP Project Management Officer

The primary purpose of this job is to assist the Credit Union to achieve its mission to make a difference in our neighbors’ lives. Additionally, under general direction of the SVP of IT, the AVP/Project Management Officer is responsible for creating structured schedules and project plans based on the project goals, resources needed, potential risks, time to market and budget constraints.

This key role will partner with colleagues in different roles to assess the workloads and impacts for different departments; the PMO is able to identify dependencies and possible issues across teams.

The PMO is the heart of this process because without one, the gravitational pull of daily business derails projects.

The PMO is a motivating force behind projects and an agent of change helping the organization understand how to implement successful projects.

The PMO will also lead the vendor management process for the organization.

Review of Duties:

Coordinate and implement strategic initiatives as assigned using project management theories, such as work breakdown structure development, tracking of milestones / critical paths, resource utilization, and key results relying on check-ins with project owners.

Gauge overall progress on strategic initiatives through project owners, champions, and implementers.

Manage all resources tied to a project as needed.

Assist in the identification and prioritization of strategic initiatives.

Coach project owners, push their thinking and help establish communication where it is lacking in order to remove roadblocks, including early escalation to the appropriate member of the leadership team.

   Collection Manager

The primary purpose of this job is to assist the Credit Union to achieve its mission to make a difference in our neighbors’ lives. This is accomplished by providing outstanding service to both internal and external members. An important element of this outstanding service is identifying the financial needs of the member and effectively suggesting solutions that will improve the member’s financial life.

Additionally, under general direction of the AVP Collections and/or VP Collections, carries out any and all collections activities as assigned.

Review of Duties:

Manages department to control delinquency and charge-off ratios to achieve budgeted departmental objectives.

Ensures staff compliance with all applicable laws and regulations as well as internal policies and procedures.

Review all requests for charge-off, repossession and partial settlement.

Recommends for approval to AVP Collections/VP Collections for charge offs, repossessions, partial settlement, foreclosure, short sale, extensions, REO Liquidation and loan workouts.

  Real Estate Lending Administrator

Under supervision of the AVP of Real Estate, the Real Estate Lending Administrator is responsible for performing a wide variety of loan duties in the Real Estate Department.

The Real Estate Lending Administrator promotes and maintains a positive image of the Credit Union.

Review of Duties:

Manages the daily operations and functioning of the Servicing and Closing employees and their assignments.

Is responsible for the upkeep and system maintenance of all Real Estate loan systems.

Originates and maintains user access to all Real Estate systems to satisfy segregation of duties within the department.

Is responsible for compiling and ensuring vendor packages are complete, performing annual renewal reviews for each vendor and maintaining the vendor due diligence system is current.

  Consumer Loan Processor

The primary purpose of this job is to assist the Credit Union to achieve its mission to make a difference in our neighbors’ lives. This is accomplished by providing outstanding service to both internal and external members. An important element of this outstanding service is identifying the financial needs of the member and effectively suggesting solutions that will improve the member’s financial life.

Additionally, under general supervision of the Consumer Loan Manager, a Consumer Loan Processor is responsible for performing a wide variety of member and dealership loan related duties in the Consumer Lending Department. A Consumer Loan Processor promotes and maintains a positive image of the Credit Union.

Review of Duties:


Computes payment calculation verifying interest and principle calculations.

Receives dealership application packages for funding; verify accuracy of paperwork, verifying information with members when required.

Prepares and maintains a variety of loan records, documents and files.

Runs Kelly Blue Books, AutoChecks, CVR’s and ChexSystems reports.

Calculates simple verifications of pay stubs/wages.

  Wealth Management Operations Associate

The primary purpose of this job is to assist the Credit Union to achieve its mission to make a difference in our neighbors’ lives. This is accomplished by providing outstanding service to both internal and external members.

Additionally, under general supervision of the Vice President, Wealth Management, the Wealth Management Operations Associate is responsible for providing the necessary advanced and diverse operational support for Wealth Management clients to ensure that they receive a positive experience and exceptional service.

Review of Duties:

Gathers and analyzes data by applying technical and professional expertise.

Responds to clients’ inquiries and requests; assists in completing forms and documents.

Resolves errors, client problems and/or complaints in a timely manner.

With considerable attention to detail and accuracy processes new accounts, account transfers, beneficiary changes, new contribution and redemptions.

Helps process all Registered Representatives and Registered Principal’s personal production.

  Lending Specialist

Review of Duties: 

Prepares and processes loan related transaction requests by telephone and mail.
Assists members in identifying loan products and follows loan application procedures.
Proactively responds to members’ inquiries and requests using product knowledge and CBR reports.

  DMV Specialist

The primary purpose of this job is to assist the Credit Union to achieve its mission to make a difference in our neighbors’ lives.  This is accomplished by providing outstanding service to both internal and external members. 

Additionally, under general direction of the Support Operations Manager, the Support Operations Specialist is responsible for a variety of functions that provide support to the organization.  Department duties include retirement account administration, research and legal services, courier and mail delivery, outgoing and incoming mail processing, mail posting, legal processes, supply and printed forms purchasing, DMV processing, member research, records reproduction, retention and destruction, and optical imaging.

Review of Duties: 
Processes all titles for collateral loans within time frames established, and follows up on receipt of outstanding fees.

  Relationship Specialist - Atascadero Branch

The Member Services Officer performs a wide variety of financial transactions and duties while providing friendly, accurate, responsive service to our members.  This is accomplished by providing outstanding service to both internal and external members. 

We desire prior customer service and cash handling experience. 

Saturday work hours are required at the Five Cities, Lompoc, Paso Robles and Santa Maria branches.
