greenarrowsm  Member Relations Administrator - Orcutt, CA

Under general supervision of the SVP Business & Member Relations, the Member Relations Admin. is responsible for the administrative monitoring and strategic implementation of the organizations Relationship Pricing platform, deposits both consumer and business, Business Ancillary Products (RDC, ACH, Merchant) and the development, enhancement and implementation of Power-BI (Data & Daily Reports).

Review of Duties:

Regularly provides reports and updates to the Senior VP Business & Member Relations and other Credit Union departments or branches.

Provides leadership, coaching, mentoring and training to all credit union employees in the areas of Relationship Pricing, Deposits, Business Ancillary products and the use of Power-BI.

Responsible for the strategic planning, annual budgeting and monthly monitoring of the organizations fee income (and cost of funds when applicable) for all deposit and business ancillary products. This also includes the ODP (Overdraft Privilege) program.

Assists the SVP Business & Member Relations in establishing and attaining monthly and annual goals in the branches. Examples to include Deposits, Non-Interest Fee Income and Business Ancillary Products.

Under supervision of the Lending Center Manager, the Internal Mortgage Loan Officer is responsible for managing and originating quality real estate loans from branches, LSI, online applications and members, for the purpose of increasing real estate loan volume and market share.

Review of Duties:

Interviews loan applicants, gathers required documentation, conducts loan closings and guides members through the loan origination process from beginning to end.

Analyzes detailed financial and credit data, matching member needs with an appropriate loan program and level of risk.

Compiles and analyzes real estate loan reports and makes recommendations to Lending Center Manager.

Demonstrates leadership characteristics, organizational skills and experience working in an automated origination environment.

Tracks collateral protection insurance ensuring member has complied with credit union requirements.

Provides Telecom incident management/problem management support to ensure service continuity.

Manages day-to-day delivery of services (VOIP, SIP, Carrier Network) to ensure adherence to defined service levels.

Supports telephony systems infrastructure, hardware, and software, including: analysis, planning, design, development, implementation, provisioning, upgrade and day-to-day operations.

Performs advanced troubleshooting alongside vendors and internal resources.

Mines credit reports to identify opportunities and cross sell additional loan and ancillary products for consumer, real estate and business type loans.

Performs advanced problem resolution and account adjustments.

Identifies and refers new business members and accounts to their respective Branch Manager.

Explains, promotes and cross sells Credit Union services, products, programs and investment opportunities.

Prepares and processes stop payments/revoke authorizations, check orders, sole proprietorship and bank wires.

Process member transactions received via Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) accurately.

Provides prompt, efficient and accurate service in the processing of all transactions, such as transfer of funds, requests for account information, etc. by telephone, mail and/or Interactive Teller Machine (ITM).

The Member Services Officer performs a wide variety of financial transactions and duties while providing friendly, accurate, responsive service to our members. This is accomplished by providing outstanding service to both internal and external members.

We desire prior customer service and cash handling experience, as well as flexibility in the offices that we have open on Saturdays (includes the Paso Robles, Five Cities, Santa Maria and Lompoc branches).
