greenarrowsm  Call Center Supervisor - Vandenberg Village, CA

Under direction of the Member Services and Support Manager is responsible for efficiently supervising the daily operations and assigned employees of the call center and ITM staff in addition to assuming the responsibilities of the Manager during his/her absence. The Call Center Supervisor also assists in coaching the staff to achieve the department and credit union goals.

Review of Duties:

Working with the Member Services and Support Manager, plans, manages, directs, organizes and controls the operational activities and employees of the Call Center, including cross selling, member service, quality, safety and security control.

Ensures systems are utilized to their fullest potential. Monitors inbound calls to observe employee performance, demeanor, technical accuracy, sales and service efforts, and conformity to policy and procedure.

Aids on complex inquiries, transactions and problem resolution, supervisor calls and approvals beyond staff limits.

Reviews Call Center’s activities and works with Member Services and Support Manager to formulate recommendations concerning important policies and services.

Under general supervision of the Collections Manager, a Collection recovery specialist is responsible for performing a wide variety of member Collections duties, while promoting and maintaining a positive image of the Credit Union.

Review of Duties:

Researches and analyzes data on past due/charged off loan accounts including negative shares.

Negotiates and establishes repayment plans on charge off loans for those with the intention of repayment.

Uses skip tracing tools to maximize contact for our members or analyze assets to pursuit legal action.

Evaluates payments being made on delinquent accounts and determine how payment will be applied.

Responds to members’ inquiries, request and assist in completing documents.

Mines credit reports to identify opportunities and cross sell additional loan and ancillary products for consumer, real estate and business type loans.

Performs advanced problem resolution and account adjustments.

Identifies and refers new business members and accounts to their respective Branch Manager.

Proactively responds to members’ inquiries and requests using product knowledge.
