Community Foundation

Making a difference in our neighbors' lives

For us, it's about more than just money. It's about rolling up our sleeves and participating in the change we seek. From funding projects in schools to building bikes for foster kids, the CoastHills Community Foundation connects us with our members, our neighbors, and each other. "Another great day" is more than just a tagline, it's the effort we bring to the table every day so that all of us - members, neighbors, coworkers - can prosper together.

Employee All-In

In 2017, 95% of CoastHills employees generously contributed $20,000 through our employee giving program, to provide funding for 20 different organizations in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties.

With a little help from (y)our friends

The CoastHills Community Foundation was formed in 2005 as a 501(c)(3) guided by a board of internal and external volunteers to provide funding and support of our community outreach initiatives. Since 2011, members new to CoastHills have contributed a one-time $5 membership fee to support the reach of the Community Action Sponsorships, making the program a true neighbors-helping-neighbors initiative. In 2016, CoastHills opened its first branch in Ventura County located in Thousand Oaks and the Community Foundation expanded its initiatives.
