Under the direction of the AVP, Project Management, the Project Manager is responsible for creating structured schedules and project plans based on the project goals, resources needed, potential risks, time to market and budget constraints. 

Review of Duties:

Manage all resources tied to a project as needed.

Assist in the identification and prioritization of strategic initiatives.

Coach other project owners, push their thinking and help establish communication where it is lacking in order to remove roadblocks, including early escalation to the appropriate member of the Leadership Team.

Define and continuously improve CoastHills project management standards and best practices, including training on project management and communication.

Assist the AVP, Project Management in the management and allocation of resources.

Under the direction of the AVP Facilities, the Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing facility operations, managing staff, arranging office moves, managing janitorial duties, all while remaining in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.

Review of Duties:

Coordinate and manage, with AVP Facilities and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), all facilities activities and projects.

Assist the AVP Facilities in the management and allocation of personnel and fiscal resources.

Manage and coordinate facility-related projects and activities with leadership, branch managers, and affected personnel.

Oversee facility landscaping, janitorial services, banking equipment functions, utility services, etc. including service plans.

Under general direction of the AVP Member Experience, the Branch Manager is responsible for the management, direction of branch sales, services, and operations by coaching the branch employees’ activities towards attainment of Credit Union goals and providing maximum member benefit.

Review of Duties:

Works in tandem with and under the direct supervision of the AVP Member Experience to ensure branch sales goals are being attained and that training and development of employees is actively pursued.

Plans, manages, directs, organizes and coordinates the sales and operational activities of the assigned branches, including cross selling, member service, quality, safety and security control.

Regularly schedules and conducts branch meetings to inform employees of Credit Union goals, promotions, products, services, and activities and to encourage participation and open communication.

Responsible for the assurance of compliance as it relates to all branch operations functions so that branch audit results are within acceptable boundaries.
