Under the direction of the AVP Facilities, the Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing facility operations, managing staff, arranging office moves, managing janitorial duties, all while remaining in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.

Review of Duties:

Coordinate and manage, with AVP Facilities and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), all facilities activities and projects.

Manage and coordinate facility-related projects and activities with leadership, branch managers, and affected personnel.

Oversee facility landscaping, janitorial services, banking equipment functions, utility services, etc. including service plans.

Conduct and document regular facilities and equipment inspections/audits.

Under the direction of the AVP of Commercial Lending, the Credit Analyst/Commercial Underwriter is responsible for conducting investigations and analysis of small to large business loans, ranging from basic level to highly complex in nature.

Review of Duties:

Interfaces with Commercial Loan Offices, Credit Support and other employees to ensure loan applications are completed and identifies documents that are missing or that require verification and/or clarification.

Interfaces with members, accountants, attorneys, and other parties to complete the application process.

Coordinates the ordering of reports and reviewing the same for acceptability, including but not limited to OFAC reports, flood certifications, title policies, and collateral information, which includes appraisal inquiries, UCC Searches, environmental due diligence, and more.

Effectively performs credit analyses, evaluates applications and eligibility determination, and develops financial forecasts of various borrowing entities and key principals.

Under the direction of the Assistant Information Technology Manager, the System and Security Administrator is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to the design and development of the Credit Union’s technologies and processes.

Review of Duties:

Manages Active Directory administration, security, auditing, and compliance with Netwrix Auditor.

Establishes and maintains network users, user environment, directories, and security.

Performs the timely administration and logging of user accounts’ access rights across the application portfolio.

Ensures that applications, servers, and backup processes are effective, reliable, efficient, and replicating to our disaster recovery site with Veeam Enterprise Backup.

Under general supervision of the Collections Manager, a Collection Officer is responsible for performing a wide variety of member Collections duties.

Review of Duties:

Researches and analyzes data on past due loan accounts, non-sufficient return items, negative share balances and claims of fraudulent account activity.

Contacts members via telephone, letter and email to determine reason for delinquency.

Negotiates and establishes repayment process with member or recommends extension of credit.

Evaluates payments made on delinquent accounts and determines how payment will be applied.
