Under limited supervision of the Marketing and Executive Operations Manager and acting on own initiative, the Executive Assistant provides advanced and diverse secretarial and administrative support for the Marketing and Executive Operations Manager, Chief Executive Officer, Leadership, Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee.

Assignments involve work of a confidential or complex nature, necessitating exposure to sensitive information and contacts requiring considerable discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy as well as practical knowledge of the policies, practices, procedures and programs of the Credit Union.

Review of Duties:

Records clear and concise Board and Committee minutes, reports, correspondence and other material.

Coordinates strategic planning sessions and other meetings as required.

Develops and monitors administrative budget.

Maintains records, files, manuals, and handbooks.

Review of Duties:

Working with the Branch Manager, plans, manages, directs, organizes and controls the operational activities and employees of the branch, including cross selling, member service, quality, safety and security control.

Monitors and observes employee performance, demeanor, technical accuracy, sales and service efforts, and conformity to policy and procedure.

Makes necessary changes in scheduled staffing levels based on service levels, anticipated events and promotions and transaction volume.

Performs the responsibilities of the Branch Manager during his/her absence.
